Impossible to terminate the contract

I am unable to terminate the contract when I need it. They extended my contract automatically by ONE YEAR and it is not allowed to end the contract before. I am moving abroad and because of that I can apply for a "special termination" but I need to show them proof that I am leaving. This proof I will get only one week before going, so I have a week to cancel Unitymedia. Even so I have to pay THREE MONTHS after cancellation for absolutely nothing. You have to pay these three months whatever happens. Even if you die, you will still be a customer of Unitymedia. My recommendation: if you don't want to stay a customer till the end of time, then don't even start

Das Verträge automatisch verlängert werden sollte jedem bekannt sein. Jeder Vertrag ist kündbar wenn man sich an die Regeln hält. Ihre sinnlose Empfehlung können Sie für sich behalten.
